How much space and which ball do we need?

Use a flat indoor or outdoor surface with enough room to safely receive the return. More boards require a wider training area. Players can use their standard size 3, 4, or 5 soccer ball.

What ages and skill levels is it for?

SogilityGO can support a wide range of ages and skill levels. Players choose activities and work at a pace that fits their ability. Parents should select a safe training space and supervise based on the player's age.

How much screen time is involved?

Players use the app to choose and start an activity. During Coach-guided training, audio instructions and Impact Light cues help guide the work, so players are not expected to watch the screen throughout the session.
