Our Story: From a South Florida Kitchen to the World Stage

The story of SogilityGO didn’t start in a lab; it started with the sound of a soccer ball thudding against the walls of a kitchen.

Long before he was scoring goals in the Premier League or for the U.S. National Team, Jozy Altidore was just a kid in South Florida who couldn't stop playing. His mother often remembers the "rhythm" of his childhood: the constant thump-thump of a ball being kicked against the walls of their home. Even after team practice ended, the hunger to improve didn't.

"I used to get in trouble for kicking the ball around the kitchen," Jozy recalls. "I was just trying to perfect my touch, using whatever I could find—chairs, baseboards, cabinets. I realized then that if you want to be elite, you need to be able to train wherever you are. You shouldn't need a full pitch and a coach just to get better."

That "South Florida kitchen" spirit is the DNA of SogilityGO. We wanted to take that raw passion and give it a professional edge. We took the elite cognitive technology used in our Sogility training facilities and engineered it to fit into your life—whether that’s a backyard, a garage, or yes, even a very brave parent’s kitchen.

The SogilityGO Mission

To help players make the most of the time they have beyond team practice.

We believe development is built through consistent, purposeful repetition. But for many players, knowing how to train on their own can be difficult.

SogilityGO gives players the tools, guidance, and feedback to keep developing at home. Through smart training equipment and guided activities in the SogilityGO app, players can work on the technical and cognitive skills that matter most in the modern game:

  1. First Touch
  2. Vision
  3. Passing
  4. Agility
  5. Dribbling

Why We Are Different

Traditional rebounders give the ball back. SogilityGO gives your training purpose.

By combining smart training boards, impact-responsive lights, guided activities, and real-time performance tracking, SogilityGO challenges players to do more than repeat movements.

Players are encouraged to scan, react, make decisions, execute with precision, and track their development over time.

Because the goal is not simply to get more touches. It is to make every touch count.

"My mission is simple, to inspire the next generation to dream bigger and work smarter. SogilityGO is how we make that happen." - Jozy Altidore, Co-Founder & USMNT Legend
