Starter is the compact one-board system. Advanced adds a second board and return angle. Pro adds a third for the widest variety of returns and layouts.
Use a flat indoor or outdoor surface with enough room to safely receive the return. Players can use a standard size 3, 4, or 5 soccer ball.
Place the boards, connect each rechargeable Impact Light through Bluetooth, and choose a drill in the app. ReboundIQ itself does not require power.
Players use the app to choose and start an activity. Audio instructions and light cues help guide Coach sessions, so the screen does not need to stay in focus throughout training.
