Welcome to SogilityGO.com. SogilityGO is operated by Ytiligos GS LLC, doing business as SogilityGO. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SogilityGO website, products, mobile applications, and related services operated by Ytiligos GS LLC. Throughout these Terms, references to “SogilityGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Ytiligos GS LLC. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or using the SogilityGO App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use SogilityGO.com and related services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other user’s experience. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site if we believe you have violated these Terms.

SogilityGO products are athletic training tools designed to support soccer skill development. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error free. Colors, dimensions, and performance may vary slightly based on use and environment.

All orders placed through SogilityGO.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Ytiligos GS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

SogilityGO products are eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Additional return details may be outlined on our Returns Policy page.

SogilityGO products include a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper setup, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

SogilityGO products are designed for athletic training and physical activity. Use of these products involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By purchasing or using SogilityGO products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with athletic training and agree that Ytiligos GS LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from product use. Users should consult a physician before beginning any new training program. Adult supervision is recommended for youth athletes.

Use of the SogilityGO mobile app may require account creation and may involve subscription based services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features, content, or services at any time without notice.

Children’s Privacy and Parent Consent

SogilityGO is not intended for children under 13 to use independently. If a child under 13 will use the SogilityGO App or related services, a parent or legal guardian must create the account or authorize the account and provide any required consent before the child may use the service.

We may collect limited information from or about users under 13 to provide the service and support app functionality, safety features, and the user experience. This information may include a username, date of birth, parent or guardian email address, device identifiers, location information if enabled, and photos or messages if those features are used within the service. We collect this information only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, protect, and improve the SogilityGO service for internal business purposes.

For users under 13, SogilityGO uses usernames in place of full public identity information where applicable, including on public leaderboards or similar community features, in order to help protect a child’s identity.

We do not sell personal information collected from children under 13. We do not use personal information collected from children under 13 for third party advertising, marketing, or other external commercial purposes. We also do not share personal information collected from children under 13 with third party companies except as necessary to support the internal operations of the SogilityGO service or as otherwise required by law.

Parents and legal guardians may request to review a child’s information, request deletion of a child’s information, or withdraw consent for the continued collection or use of a child’s information. To make a request, contact us at support@sogilitygo.com or by mail at:

If a parent or legal guardian withdraws consent, certain features or access to the SogilityGO service may no longer be available to the child.

All content on SogilityGO.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, software, and training materials, is the property of Ytiligos GS LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

SogilityGO.com may include links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third party sites and encourage you to review their terms independently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ytiligos GS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products, website, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ytiligos GS LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, products, or services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to SogilityGO.com. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
