SogilityGO combines ReboundIQ boards, Impact Light feedback and guided app activities for practice between team sessions. Find quick answers below or browse the help center above.

How do I set up ReboundIQ and pair an Impact Light?

Assemble the board and legs, then attach the Impact Light to the rear bracket. In the app, open Set Up Your Lights and select Pair a Light. Hold your hand over the power button until the light activates and vibrates twice. When it blinks yellow, tap it once and wait for the app to confirm pairing. Follow the setup walkthrough.

How long does a session take?

Sessions are built around 20 minutes on the ball. Allow extra time for the first session to assemble the board, charge and pair the Impact Light, and learn the activities. After that, plan a few extra minutes to set up and move between activities.

What is included in the free app?

SogilityGO Free includes 15 core-principle activities, a three-day training plan, one complete assessment and one player profile. No subscription is required. Optional SogilityGO Coach adds a personalized 10-day training plan with three activities per training day, all 180+ activities with professional tips, full assessment access and reassessment, progress tracking and performance review, and up to five player profiles. How do returns work?

Eligible unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Customers pay return shipping. We do not offer exchanges or charge restocking fees. Contact info@sogilitygo.com for return instructions. Read the full refund and warranty policy.

Where can I get help with shipping or an order?

SogilityGO ships to the United States and Canada. ReboundIQ setups ship free within the U.S. U.S. orders allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–4 business days for standard transit, an estimated 4–7 business days total. For Canadian orders, shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and import duties or taxes may apply. Contact us about shipping. Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation. For order, delivery, billing or product questions, email info@sogilitygo.com. Include your order number when available, but do not send payment card details.
