NO PURCHASE OR MONETARY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Ytiligos GS LLC operating under the brand name SogilityGO (“Ytiligos GS,” “SogilityGO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and participants who participate, enter, or win the SOGILITYGO & SOGILITY ST. LOUIS JOZY ALTIDORE SIGNED JERSEY GIVEAWAY (respectively, “Participant” or “you,” and the “Giveaway”). This Giveaway is conducted in partnership with Sogility St. Louis.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY DECISIONS OF SOGILITYGO AS FINAL AND BINDING WITH REGARD TO ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY. THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER, PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SOGILITYGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS BY ANY WINNER (AT SOGILITYGO’S SOLE DISCRETION) MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.
1. ELIGIBILITY
THE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND PUERTO RICO WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION, IF HIGHER) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
Employees, directors, officers, and representatives of SogilityGO, Sogility St. Louis, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any supplier involved in the development, administration, production, fulfillment, or execution of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on June 21st at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 30 at 11:59 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND ENTER THE GIVEAWAY
Participants may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form during the Giveaway Period.
To enter, participants must provide:
- Full Name
- Valid Email Address
and follow all instructions provided on the entry form.
Standard internet, mobile, and data charges may apply.
Marketing Consent:
The entry form may include an optional checkbox allowing participants to receive marketing communications and promotional materials from SogilityGO and Sogility St. Louis.
By submitting the entry form, participants agree to receive communications related to the Giveaway and acknowledge that they may receive future promotional communications if they elect to opt in. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Each Participant may enter only once. Multiple entries by the same person, entries generated by automated means, or entries submitted by anyone other than the Participant are void.
4. PRIZE
One (1) prize winner will receive:
One (1) autographed Jozy Altidore jersey (“Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. SogilityGO reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
A random drawing will be conducted on or about [DRAWING DATE] from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will be conducted by SogilityGO, including by automated means if deemed appropriate.
One (1) winner will be selected.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE
The selected winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing.
The winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide shipping information. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the United States.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SOGILITYGO, SOGILITY ST. LOUIS, THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, CLAIM, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
8. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be processed in accordance with the SogilityGO Privacy Policy located at:

BY ELECTING TO OPT INTO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE PERIODIC EMAIL NEWSLETTERS, PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER MARKETING MATERIALS FROM SOGILITYGO AND SOGILITY ST. LOUIS. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK INCLUDED IN SUCH COMMUNICATIONS.
Subject to applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, you grant SogilityGO, Sogility St. Louis, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, city, state, and any submitted materials for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of the Giveaway.
9. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION
SogilityGO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms at any time should technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Subject to applicable law, these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
