The reps before the moment

Give every activity
a purpose.

Make individual work part of the team session. Coaches choose the focus, players respond to the ball and visual cues, and each attempt gives them something to work on.

A clear focus. A coach’s guidance. Another chance to try. We’ll demonstrate a setup that fits your players, space, and current app limits.
A

Work on the details.

Build passing and receiving activities into your session. Rotate players through the work and use coaching cues to help them adjust.

B

Keep players involved.

Combine movement, ball work, and reaction activities. Use short rounds and group rotations to bring variety into the session.

C

Give progress a reference.

Use supported assessments to establish a starting point and revisit results. Connect what the activity shows with what you see in training.

How a rep becomes progress

One rep informs the next.

Set a focus

Set a focus

The coach picks one detail for the group, like the first touch or the angle of the pass.

Train

Train

Players work at the station. The board returns the ball and the lights give them something to react to.

Use the feedback

Use the feedback

Each return shows the player how the pass or touch came off.

Adjust and repeat

The player changes one thing and goes again. The coach steps in when it helps.

Talk through your setup

We’ll walk through the equipment, supported activities, and app setup with you. Equipment, assessments, app access, and ongoing support are discussed separately.

We’ll demonstrate the activities supported by the current setup. Assessment scores describe performance in an activity, not the whole player or a guarantee of game performance.

Connect the player’s work.

Our goal is to connect team and home training through individual player accounts, with Motion Lights integration, coach and club reporting, PDF exports, and connections to SogilityGO Coach.

These capabilities are in development and are not included in the current club offer.

At the club.
And, by choice, at home.

The club program brings purposeful reps into coach-led sessions. Our at-home systems give families an optional way to continue player-led practice between coaching, team sessions, games, and open play. Home equipment is not required to participate at the club. Explore at-home systems.

Questions from clubs & coaches

Let’s make the fit clear.

Is the Club package mainly for assessments?

Regular training comes first. Coaches can use the equipment for focused activities, stations, and challenges within team sessions. Assessments provide a reference point to revisit alongside that work.

How many players can use it in a session?

That depends on the activity, available space, and how you organize rotations. We’ll demonstrate suitable setups for your team size and explain the current app and device limits before you begin.

What does the club program cost?

Club pricing and pilot terms are being finalized. We’ll outline equipment, assessment access, any subscription, and support separately so you can review the full proposal before making a commitment.

Can coaches track every player in one place?

Connected player accounts, coach and club results views, and PDF exports are still in development. We’ll show how scores and assessment results can be recorded with the current setup during your demonstration.

Do families need to buy equipment or subscribe?

Home equipment is optional. App access, who pays, and any subscription terms for the club program will be agreed as part of your proposal. We won’t assume that every family needs a home system.
